All returns of orders placed on the Yves Salomon website are free of charge* and can be returned to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

An order can be returned in its entirety or partially.

Returns are made by post office.

You can start your return request via our Return Portal.

Please have your order number and email used for the order ready.

After we receive your return, it takes approximately 10 business days to issue your refund.

*Free returns within the European Union. For returns outside the European Union, shipping and customs fees may be deducted from your refund amount depending on the country of return.
